Job Summary
As a D1 Coach, lead group workouts for youth, adults, and teams; provide personal training and individualized coaching; teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics; modify workouts to meet athletes at their current ability; help athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance; build relationships and maintain regular communication with members; start and finish sessions on time; support member retention through coaching, accountability, and service. This role emphasizes coaching athletes of varying ages in a high-energy, performance-driven environment and offers opportunities for advancement within a nationally expanding brand.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or group fitness
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
