Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service, support hiring and training, lead daily huddles, and drive sales and operational goals including inventory accuracy and labor cost control. Promote Preferred Brand sales, maintain merchandising standards, ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies, and respond promptly to performance issues. Assist in scheduling and inventory management while coaching team members to foster communication and accountability. Requires 2+ years of retail management experience, flexibility for nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
