Job Summary

Provides oversight, guidance, and support to team members as directed by the Store Team Leader (STL) and Regional Team Leader (RTL). Oversees the donation door to store floor process, ensuring proper stewardship of donations and a customer-centric shopping experience. Manages operational aspects including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team. Assists in executing business strategies, achieving financial and operational goals, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Requires flexibility in schedule and strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, understand, analyze, and act on KPI’s, financial and operational reporting and dashboard tools.
