Job Summary
Assist in leading store operations and sales, recruit and develop staff, meet sales goals, train and motivate team, manage scheduling, control expenses, ensure compliance, establish rapport with customers, build loyalty and a positive team environment, resolve customer concerns, analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits, and handle banking responsibilities. Requires strong communication, supervisory skills, ability to motivate and develop staff, and the physical capability to stand and lift as part of a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
