Job Summary
Lead store team by recruiting, selecting, and orienting staff; meet sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff; schedule and manage personnel; monitor expenses to achieve financial objectives; ensure legal compliance and store presentation; build customer relationships and foster a positive, team-based environment; resolve customer concerns; analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; handle banking responsibilities; participate in a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
