Assistant Store Supervisor

Responsible for store operations during shift, including end-to-end operations such as managing staff, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and picking/packing customer orders. Assists Store Supervisor with staff selection, shift scheduling, routine and preventive maintenance, and store replenishment. Supports inventory management through stock control, stock takes, and cycle counts; ensures accurate inbound receiving and outbound picking/packing per SOP; monitors fulfillment processes and suggests improvements to increase productivity and profits. Requires strong communication, hands-on approach, and robust intercultural skills; English and Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
