Job Summary
Lead a store team to drive performance across merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, and customer service while minimizing shrink and damages. Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor staff to ensure a positive, engaging customer experience. Communicate and execute plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; participate in succession planning to meet future needs. Manage store operations to achieve sales, expense, and service targets and coordinate loss prevention programs and store layout improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others
- Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
- Ability to implement tasks and initiatives and meet sales, expense, and customer service targets
