Job Summary
Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running the store and driving sales. You will help manage the daily store operations, support the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly while working closely with the Store Manager and other managers to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards. Responsibilities include directing store operations on the shop floor, managing and supporting the team, ensuring excellent customer service, stock control and deliveries, scheduling and productivity management, adherence to health & safety and store procedures, and maintaining clear communication across departments. Key skills include retail experience, team leadership or support, strong organization, time management, and effective communication.
