Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily standards to attain sales and profit projections; contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members; enforce all Company policies and procedures; participate in training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development to advance within the company; support merchandise knowledge, customer experience, and promotion of the Signet/Jewelry brand values.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
