Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections while contributing to total customer satisfaction. Develop team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and handle recruiting and selection of new staff. Enforce all company policies and procedures while performing operational and strategic duties. Work days, nights, and weekends to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
