Assistant Store Manager - Zales - Fairway Plaza

Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections and contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, while recruiting and selection of new team members. Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties. Requires at least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer, and availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
