Assistant Store Manager - Zales - Chicago Ridge Mall

Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruit and select team members. Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties. The role includes training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to advance within the company, with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
