Assistant Store Manager - Zales - Ashley Park

Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections while contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and handle recruiting and selection of team members. Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures while performing other operational and strategic duties. Work days, nights, and weekends.
