Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, resolving customer concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with audits and proper merchandising placement, overseeing guest transactions with hospitality, and monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, and car wash/retail waste operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment
