Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities; scheduling employees for shifts; resolving store issues including customer concerns; ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements; assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise; ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
