Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities, including training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, and resolving store issues such as customer concerns. Ensure compliance with all required regulations, oversee timely guest transactions, and monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. Conduct audits and manage proper placement and stocking of merchandise. Requires high school diploma or GED, one year supervising experience in fast food, restaurant, or retail, and successful completion of required certification testing. Background checks and specific state licenses or training are mandatory for Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma applicants.
