Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, and resolving store issues such as customer concerns. Ensure compliance with all required regulations, oversee timely guest transactions, and monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, and stock audits. Support audits and proper merchandise placement while maintaining hospitality for all store guests. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of supervisory experience in a fast food or retail operation, and successful completion of required certification testing. Candidates must pass a criminal background check.
