Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store operations. Schedule staff for shifts, resolve store issues including customer concerns, and ensure compliance with all required regulations. Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality while monitoring profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. Place and stock merchandise properly and assist with audits. One year supervising experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation is preferred. Background checks and specific certifications are required for Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma applicants.
