Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, and resolving store issues such as customer concerns. Ensure compliance with all required regulations, oversee timely guest transactions, and monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, and stock audits. Support audits, proper merchandise placement, and stocking operations while maintaining hospitality for all store guests. One year supervising experience in fast food, restaurant, or retail is preferred. Background checks and specific certifications are required for Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma applicants.
