Job Summary
Complete daily accounting paperwork, supervise and train hourly employees, and monitor shift cash handling and inventory. Assist in investigations of shortages, maintain business records, and perform banking, invoicing, and payroll duties. Ensure Grand Opening Ready Standards, high cleanliness levels, and store security while coordinating gasoline deliveries. Engage in company promotional initiatives and promote guest service. Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb latter/stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Vocational or Technical Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays
