Job Summary
Assist the general manager with day-to-day store operations, supervise and develop hourly employees, monitor cash handling and inventory, perform banking/invoicing/payroll duties, maintain cash control procedures, uphold store image standards, and support promotional initiatives. Requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience, flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays), strong communication and basic computer skills, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to work in varying temperatures. Location: Red Hook, NY. 18+ years old; High School Diploma or equivalent.
