Assistant Store Manager - Woodbury

Lead store operations and drive donor engagement at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota stores. Provide supervision and direction to employees, ensure excellent customer service, manage training and development, and support achievement of sales and donation revenue targets. Responsible for operational efficiency, financial reporting, and adherence to safety and organizational guidelines. Must have strong people-management, organizational, and communication skills; experience in working with persons with disadvantages or disabilities and in recruiting quality staff. Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience required. Nonprofit context with emphasis on community involvement and mission alignment.
