The role requires leadership in delivering a high-quality shopping experience, guiding the team on performance and store standards, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience, specialty retail preferred
  • Excellent customer engagement
  • Must be effective communicator
  • Must be able to plan and execute strategies
  • Must be adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening shifts
  • Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom; climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
