Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager (Womenswear) in London Oxford Street, reporting to the Deputy Store Manager, responsible for the full operation of the store in the Deputy’s absence, supporting recruitment, staff planning and performance measurement, driving KPI targets, delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring procedures and policies are followed, and maintaining awareness of competitors and local markets. Role requires leadership in a fashion retail environment with strong customer-focused mindset, relationship-building, and collaboration with the Area Manager and retail team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- Experience in networking & building relationships
