Job Summary
Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team; drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics; support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink; maintain compliant store environment for alcohol sales; deliver outstanding customer service and help build a knowledgeable, welcoming atmosphere; manage vendor relationships to support inventory objectives; leverage POS and inventory software to optimize operations; thrive in a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; eligible for a broad benefits package and Total Rewards offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
