Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Drive the day-to-day running of the store by achieving sales KPIs, managing visual merchandising standards, and coaching the team on customer service. Ensure compliance with all retail legislation, health and safety regulations, and White Rose policies while building strong partnerships between stock and store functions. Promote the charity The Aegis Trust to colleagues, volunteers, and customers through effective communication and social platforms. Lead and inspire the team with flexible leadership styles to drive performance. This full-time, 40-hour role involves a rota basis over five days a week. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager at White Rose, a charity retailer supporting The Aegis Trust's mission to prevent conflict and mass atrocity through peace education.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong commercial acumen and sales driven
