Job Summary
Manage store sales, operations, and asset protection by preparing weekly schedules, processing payroll, and handling cash receipts in compliance with policy. Supervise associates on the sales floor, train staff on visual merchandising and product knowledge, and conduct physical inventories to maintain accurate stock levels. Ensure proper housekeeping, replenish merchandise, and address customer inquiries while monitoring associate performance against key indicators. Assist with recruiting and hiring, enforce loss prevention controls, and maintain store safety and operational standards. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel across the district.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum 3 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
