Job Summary
Manage store sales, operations, and asset protection by preparing weekly schedules, supervising associates, and ensuring accurate cash handling and inventory reconciliation. Promote customer service by greeting patrons, resolving inquiries, and modeling product knowledge while maintaining visual merchandising standards and store organization. Train staff on operational procedures, interpret performance reports to coach associates, and support recruiting and hiring efforts. Handle daily replenishment, physical inventories, and compliance with loss prevention policies. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays at the 3600 Clinton Crossing Outlet location.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum 3 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Communicate with customers, standing and maneuvering on sales floor and stockroom, operate register, lift and carry 50 pounds, hand/fold merchandise, climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling
