Job Summary
Lead the sales floor by achieving store goals through proactive clienteling, personalized styling, and real-time coaching of associates. Drive conversions by leveraging product knowledge, executing cross-sell and upsell strategies, and maintaining a visually compelling, organized environment. Open and close the store with accountability, monitor KPIs, and reinforce daily performance through UNTUCKit University training. Requires proven retail leadership experience, proficiency in Omni-channel POS systems, and flexibility for retail hours including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance
- Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset
- High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for results

- Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems

- Ability to work in the store alone
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
- High school degree
