Job Summary
Lead Team Members through hiring, training, and retention while administering reviews and setting goals to drive revenue, conversion, and loyalty program growth. Partner with the Store Manager to execute annual and quarterly strategies across People, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Community Outreach. Uphold presentation standards, ensure staff product knowledge, and proactively engage in community initiatives to elevate the in-store experience.
