Job Summary
Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for loans, check cashing, and Net Spend. Answer telephone inquiries, perform outbound sales and collection calls, and handle currency, cash, and coins including managing cash drawers and deposits. Balance batch receipts with sales reports, resolve over/short discrepancies, and process transactions per company policy. Escalate unresolved issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, or corporate office. Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agreements while adhering to federal and state regulations. Maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance to travel to all assigned stores within the district, including potential overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
- Must maintain a valid Driver's License
- Must maintain valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle
- Must be able to travel to neighboring districts
- Must require overnight travel
- Must work assigned shifts as scheduled
