Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in leading the ThirdLove boutique to drive sales and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. Inspire and coach Sales Associates and Supervisors, collaborate on strategies with the Store Manager, support recruiting and onboarding for store staff, oversee inventory management and visual merchandising, implement in-store events and marketing initiatives, and leverage technologies like Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace to optimize performance. Plan scheduling and payroll activities, maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and a consistent 40-hour workweek, and uphold high standards of customer experience and store operations to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct management experience
- 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to maintain an active store presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Comfort with using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
