Job Summary
Support store performance by driving sales execution, maintaining operational discipline, and upholding brand standards while coaching associates and developing team skills. Act as Manager on Duty to lead shifts, resolve real-time challenges, and ensure safety and loss prevention protocols are followed. Manage daily workload, staffing, and visual merchandising to keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with company procedures. Partner with the Store Manager to monitor KPIs including conversion, payroll, and shrink, providing coverage and leadership during their absence.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory, key-holder, or management role within a specialty or fashion environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated ability to support store KPIs, including sales, payroll, and shrink
- Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach
- Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention practices
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk
- Ability to bend

- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak retail hours
