Job Summary
Lead store operations, coach the team to achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences daily. Execute VM and promotional directives while managing inventory and stock insights. Uphold Universal Store culture by leading by example and maintaining high brand presentation standards. Work a Sunday–Thursday roster in a fast-paced environment, supported by clear career development paths to Store Manager and comprehensive leadership training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC)
- Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team
- Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards
- Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation
- The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster
