Job Summary
Greet customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and oversee sales, inventory, and cash reconciliation. Monitor sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality goods, while instructing staff on difficult client handling, sales goals, and promotions. Assign specific duties, enforce safety and security rules, and examine merchandise for pricing, display, and condition. Plan work schedules, review timecards, and coordinate repairs to maintain a clean retail space. Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments. Hourly pay of $15 plus manager commission based on store sales. 10 days of paid time off annually after 90 days. Requires 2+ years of retail management experience, Point of Sales system proficiency, and ability to travel between stores.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Driver Licenses
