Job Summary
Greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and oversee staff performing sales, inventory-taking, and cash reconciliation. Monitor sales activities to ensure quality goods and satisfactory service, while instructing employees on handling difficult clients, driving revenue, and communicating promotions. Manage daily operations by assigning duties, enforcing safety rules, checking merchandise pricing and display, and coordinating repairs. Plan work schedules, review timecards, and analyze inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management. Ensure policies, goals, and procedures are adhered to within the department.
