Job Summary
Partner closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, achieve budgeted revenue goals, and assist in all aspects of store operations including training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and administration. Open and close the store, secure assets, plan labor schedules, maintain security systems, and act as the Store Manager during their absence. Cultivate awareness of industry trends, resolve problems with agility, and ensure the highest level of customer service while prioritizing brand and product knowledge training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate, people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
- Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, especially during our busiest time of the year
