Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in daily store operations, supervising hourly staff, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals. Responsible for managing inventory, firearms paperwork and compliance, training and developing employees, scheduling shifts, handling cash and POS operations, and maintaining displays. Requires knowledge of hunting/shooting sports, ability to work Sundays, and eligibility to work in a firearm environment. Travel up to ~20% for events and training; minimum 45 hours per week with potential overtime. Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in a firearm environment
- 2+ years of retail supervisory or managerial experience
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work Sundays
- Certificate of Eligibility Required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
