Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance, educating customers on the product portfolio, and handling daily store operations. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, performing outbound sales and courtesy/collection calls, processing transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per company policy and federal regulations, handling cash and banking deposits, balancing end-of-day reports, validating customer information, and responding professionally to customers. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask in an autonomous environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and possession of reliable transportation plus valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Travel within the district to support multiple stores may be required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
- Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability and willingness to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure, this may not include public transportation, transportation from family or friends, must maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
