Job Summary
Partner with the Store Manager to ensure retail location success by leading training for new and seasoned employees and driving operational excellence from inventory to sales floor hospitality. Manage budgeting and financial review processes while participating in weekly service meetings. Fulfill administrative duties for hiring and onboarding, delegate daily tasks, and maintain merchandising standards including product placement, price auditing, and re-stocking. Utilize the POS system to monitor sales and analyze trends. Work hourly at $22.00-$25.00 as a full-time role in Alexandria, VA, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and business acumen.
