Assistant Store Manager Trainee

Assist in planning, directing and controlling store operations, supervise employees, help with ordering product, support sales plans and maximize sales, ensure regulatory compliance, manage hiring/firing/promotions/discipline, develop and enforce store policies, read and interpret financial statements to set objectives, program and balance cash, supervise recruiting and training, conduct meetings, communicate results, and interact with vendors to achieve goals.
