Job Summary
Lead and collaborate with the sales and installation teams to achieve sales and profitability goals, manage day-to-day store operations, oversee staff development and scheduling, and maintain high standards of customer service. Drive profitability, inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies while fostering a positive, proactive store culture and delivering excellent customer experiences from inquiry to delivery. Proactively manage budgeting, events, staff training, and problem resolution to ensure smooth store performance and customer satisfaction.
