Job Summary
Assist Store Manager to drive sales and deliver against KPIs, recruit, train, and lead store team, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink. Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues. Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives; ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Management experience in retail and a focus on sales is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
