Job Summary
Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor during peak moments, and coaching team members to maximize sales through needs-based service. Command the floor during high-traffic segments to instill urgency and convert opportunities, while leveraging traffic, CVR, and AOV metrics to pivot team focus and meet business targets. Lead impactful floor meetings, training, and coaching to drive alignment, and champion a customer-first culture that builds trust and loyalty. Maintain operational excellence through inventory, shipment, and loss-prevention practices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the team. Support hiring and onboarding while developing sales talent, and execute company initiatives including in-store events and visual standards with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior retail leader in an upscale, premium, or fashion-forward brand
- Strong balance of people leadership and business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment
