Job Summary
Manage the assigned shift of a Papa Murphy's store by wearing a clean uniform, completing daily and weekly paperwork including sales and labor reports, and handling food and beverage orders. Train team members, assist with orientations, and supervise operations independently when the Store Manager is absent. Respond promptly to customer needs, solicit feedback, and manage difficult situations while maintaining punctual attendance. This role supports the franchise's core values of Quality, Service, Integrity, and Team Work within an independent business environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 Years previous supervisory and QSR management experience
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Ability to read and apply fundamental math skills, including weights and measurements
- Knowledge of store financials, P & L's, break-even analysis, food cost analysis, labor cost analysis and other financial information relative to store operations
Desired Qualifications
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified
