Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and promotions to retail customers while maintaining positive relations through personal sales skills and effective complaint handling. Supervise and motivate associates to execute the corporate business plan, managing training, scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations. Assist the store operations manager in reviewing P&L and asset performance, analyzing inventory reports to implement solutions that maximize profits. Maintain facility standards for building, equipment, and grounds, ensuring proper company documentation and administrative duties are executed. Work extended days including closing shifts to support store operations and financial success.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year automotive and/or retail management experience
- valid drivers' license
- ability to handle prolonged standing and walking
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to work extended workdays, 10 – 12 hours 3 times a week
- ability to work minimum of 2 closing shifts per week
- ability to handle stressful situations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- analytical skills to interpret reports and information
- ability to develop strategies
- extensive verbal communication skills
