Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, developing talent, and fostering community relationships. Maintain store operations by ensuring shelves are stocked, products are priced correctly, loss prevention standards are followed, and receipts are processed timely. Participate in continuous learning activities and drive external growth initiatives to support the team's performance. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
- Valid driver's license
- 3-5 years of retail experience
