Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while serving as direct support to the Store Manager. Assist with recruiting, developing top talent, and fostering external community relationships to drive growth. Maintain store operations by ensuring maintenance standards, loss prevention protocols, and accurate receipt processing. Keep shelves stocked and products correctly priced. Participate in continuous learning activities and company-driven training initiatives. Lead with integrity and take accountability for team performance. Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
- Valid driver's license
- 3-5 years of retail experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferred
