Job Summary
Execute daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, developing talent, and fostering community relationships. Maintain store operations by ensuring shelves are stocked, products are priced correctly, and loss prevention standards are met. Participate in continuous learning activities and drive external growth initiatives to support the team. Perform additional duties as required to maintain high performance. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
- The desire to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs
- Valid driver's license
- 3-5 years of retail experience
Desired Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferred
