Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in leading daily operations across The UPS Store locations, recruit/train/schedule and coach associates to achieve performance goals, provide hands-on support for shipping, packing, printing, and customer service, ensure a clean, organized store, monitor expenses and profitability, maintain accurate timesheets, oversee inventory and supply ordering, and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and retail-operations skills are required to drive exceptional customer experiences and store performance across multiple Long Island locations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of customer-facing retail supervisory or management experience
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial awareness or previous P&L exposure preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and POS systems
